About Guadie Bertino, MPT, OCS, CSCS, Cred. MDT
Owner and Founder of Adept Physical Therapy & Sports Rehabilitation
Guadie Bertino has been practicing physical therapy in San Diego and La Jolla since 2001. She obtained her Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree from Western University of Health Sciences and her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia. She is a licensed Physical Therapist in the state of California and Board Certified in Orthopedics (OCS). Additionally, Guadie is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Credentialed in McKenzie Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment (Cred. MDT). She is highly trained in mobilization and manual therapy techniques, and is a Certified Graston Technique provider.
As an expert in the field of orthopedic physical therapy, Guadie utilizes her unique and superior skills of evaluating, treating and designing customized and comprehensive programs to ensure her patients' return to maximum function and performance. Guadie successfully combines her knowledge and expertise with the latest and most effective manual therapy skills and exercises in treating orthopedic and post-operative conditions of the spine and extremities in adolescents, adults and seniors.
